The Challenge - The Game

As I said on my previous post, conditioning is important. Having proper mindset is the key to reach any goal. Motivation and action are what sets apart the victors from the losers. But still I am failing in most counts. Why is that? Because there are some things that I grew accustomed with that failed me. But what changed is that, I'm learning to live with rejections. I have come to see that in order to grow, obstacles are inherent to appreciate the sweet taste of success.


Let me give you a little glimpse about myself. I am in my early 30s. I have average looks, though sometimes I look gay according to some of my female friends, but I can assure you that I am not :) Not tall, non pointed nose, short hair and medium built, a little overweight. I am an Engineer by profession, the one that sits behind the computer and makes the world of Internet accessible 24/7 by  millions of mobile users. I'm not a good writer but I strive to write better, so pardon me about some misspellings and wrong grammar =) Let's say, it is the thought that counts =) So that's it, I don't want to bore you to death with so much information about me, since this blog is not about me, per se. It is about how, we, the common man may live to mingle with fantastic women. That's the challenge.

As an Engineer, I have learned how to solve complex technical problems with regards to my profession yet all these years, I haven't figured out how to unlock the mysteries of a woman. So I figured I will be needing help from the experts. By experts, I mean, those pick up artists who have written books to help commoners like me, to step up their game. The game is what they call hooking up with pretty women. Their story is quite inspiring because they were not an overnight sensation. They took a lot of learning to the point that they have to understand humor, psychology and social interaction. In short, they reinvented themselves. They chose the path where a few have chosen. The journey is more important than the destination. As much as I want my journey to be fun, I want to make it a well-travelled one.

So on with the journey. I got hold of two of the books of one very popular Pick Up Artist. He developed those from years of experience and compressed it into a month-long learning which helped thousands of men, not only on being successful with women but with a bigger game called life.

I welcome the challenge. So tune in for every exercise mentioned, as I will follow it to the best of my ability and write down my experience. So there you have it, that's it, time to get ready for the first challenge.
